My recent stay at Tithebarn Townhouse in Poulton was a pleasant experience. The owner was very polite and accommodating, and even made a nice gesture. The location was perfect for easy access to amenities in Poulton, and we were lucky to find parking right outside the house for the entire duration of our stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the price was reasonable for an overnight stay.

We had an amazing city break in this hotel! The house was super clean and warm, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept like babies. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance. We loved that breakfast items were provided, even though we didn't use them. It was a nice touch and made us feel right at home. Plus, the communication with the owner was fantastic, making check-in a breeze.
There were a few small issues that bothered us during our stay. First, we struggled with figuring out how to work the heating system.

The location of this hotel was excellent. It was right in the heart of the town and close to all the amenities. The parking situation was also very convenient, as I had no trouble finding a spot nearby for the duration of my stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and it was a relief to arrive to a spotless room after a long day of travel.
The bedrooms were quite bright in the morning due to the light coming in through the blinds and curtains. It made it difficult to sleep in.

We had a fantastic stay at Tithebarn Townhouse. The location was perfect, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet and peaceful. We loved being able to walk to the supermarkets for supplies, and parking was a breeze. The small courtyard at the back of the property was a lovely spot to soak up the sun. The spaciousness of the accommodation was just right for the two of us, and the prompt responses from Nick when we had a query were greatly appreciated. The welcome pack with essential items was a nice touch.
While the stairs were fine for us, they might not be suitable for elderly guests. Additionally, my partner would have preferred a blind in the bathroom for more privacy, as the partially covered window made her uncomfortable.

The house was conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and pubs. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the home, as it was well-maintained and comfortable. we were pleased to find that basic supplies such as milk, bread, and eggs were provided, making our stay more convenient.
The heating in the house did not work, and despite trying to contact the owner, we received no response. We also found that the description on the website regarding the complimentary breakfast items was inaccurate.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and pubs within easy walking distance. The property itself was clean and comfortable, and we were pleased to find milk, bread, and eggs provided for us. The extra supplies in the cupboards, like tea, were a nice touch. the price was very reasonable, making it good value for money.
The hotel was a bit tired-looking and could have used a fresh coat of paint. There also weren't enough seating options for four people, which could be a problem if you wanted to have additional guests.

Despite being next to the road, it was surprisingly quiet. Check-in was a breeze, and the communication from the owner was great. The beds were comfortable, and the location was near all the facilities we needed. The breakfast items provided were a nice touch, and the kitchen had plenty of equipment. Toiletries were also provided, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Convenient location, close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Easy and free parking nearby. Enjoyed the small courtyard at the back that caught the sun. The property had plenty of space for the two of us. Prompt response from the owner and a welcome pack was provided.
Parking was a headache, struggled to find a space until the last day. The bathroom window privacy panel was not sufficient, making it uncomfortable to shower.
